The Planning and Compliance Office is responsible for a number of development and enforcement activities within the Town of Oromocto. The office is lead by the Director of Planning and Compliance and staffed with a Planning Officer and a Building Permit Coordinator. The current level of services provided by the Planning and Compliance Branch is a result of having built solid relationships with property owners, contractors, engineering firms, other government departments and Base Gagetown.
