The Service Centre provides an important link between the members of the public, Council and municipal departments. Our main priority is to ensure that you, "the customer" receive prompt attention and service regarding any municipal concerns you may have.

After business hours?

For service requests that require immediate attention such as a stop sign down, road flooding, tree preservation or animal related emergencies, call 506-357-2201. On-street parking infractions are not considered an urgent matter, however, if the vehicle is blocking access to your driveway; please contact the RCMP Non Emergency Number at 1-888-506-RCMP (7267).  If the issue is about an immediate threat to safety please call 911 for emergency assistance. Non Emergency: 1-888-506-RCMP(7267)

To ensure our service delivery is the best and that we consistently meet the needs of our diverse community we encourage all suggestions and feedback.  Tell us what you think: visit, call or email us at the Municipal Building.  Our customer service team is available during regular business hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.  Drop by our Service Centre at 4 Doyle Drive and our staff would be more than willing to assist you.  Oromocto area residents can reach the Service Centre by calling 506-357-4400.  You may also send us an email at gengov@oromocto.ca and you will receive a response normally within one business day.
