Executive Assistant (Click job title for more information)

The Town of Oromocto is currently accepting applications for an Executive Assistant within the Clerk's Office.     

Reporting directly to the Assistant Town Clerk the Executive Assistant will provide support to the Clerk's Office, Corporate Services Director, Chief Administrative Officer and the Mayor with senior office administrative tasks and services.  
 
This work involves a high degree of confidentiality, strong skills in schedule management, communication and administrative office management.  Bilingualism (French/English) will be considered an asset.
