As the strategic leader of the Town's people programs and workplace culture, the Human Resources Manager ensures employees are supported, engaged, and positioned for success. Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership, this role provides expert guidance on employee and labour relations, talent management, organizational development, leadership coaching, workplace wellness, and legislative compliance.

As a champion of continuous improvement, the Human Resources Manager plays a key role in attracting and retaining top talent, developing future leaders, modernizing human resources practices, and fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace that supports the Town's strategic priorities and long-term success.

Fleet Maintenance Operator/Welder 

Applications are currently being accepted until Monday, 17 August 2026 @ 8:30 am  for this dynamic, hands-on position within our Municipal Garage where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Fleet and Safety Compliance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the Town's fleet operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your responsibilities will include welding, fabrication, preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of municipal equipment, including snowplows, loaders, trucks, trailers, and specialized machinery.
