Red Seal Carpenter - Building Maintenance Division - Closing Date - Friday, 19 April @ 4:30 pm 

The Building Maintenance 1 – Red Seal Carpenter position works under the direction of the Supervisor of the Building Services/Construction division. The ideal candidate will have experience related to building maintenance, services, repairs, and renovations for buildings and facilities as well as other general labour work.
 
The Building Maintenance Division is responsible for the Town of Oromocto’s buildings and facilities, public structures and equipment, as well as traffic infrastructure for streetlights, traffic lights, signage and roadway markings.
