Spring Yard Waste Curbside Clean-Up:  Get out your rakes & compostable bags! The Town of Oromocto’s Spring Yard Waste Curbside Clean-Up is back!   

The schedule:

• Wards 1, 2, & 3: Items at curbside by 7AM Mon. 5 May Pickup Fri. 9 May
• Ward 4 (#Lincoln): Items at curbside by 7AM Mon. 12 May Pickup until Fri. 16 May

Compostable yard waste such as leaves, grass clippings, branches, bushes, garden refuse and other similar articles can be placed curbside for pickup. Items such as lawn rakings, leaves and other similar yard waste are to be bagged.  Refuse must be in compostable bags. 

Residents of the Town of Oromocto are also welcome to drop off yard waste items to the Department of Engineering & Public Works site at 181 Black Watch Avenue. If you have other non-yard waste items for disposal, visit www.Oromocto.ca for details on other means of disposal.
