You may notice an increase in your upcoming water bills. The increase in the amount of your bill may be due to a number of reasons:
• An increase in the number of people living or working in your dwelling due to the pandemic.
• It has been a dry, hot summer, resulting in higher water use.
• Recent landscaping, filling of a swimming pool or watering of lawn.
• Plumbing leaks in toilets and/or fixtures.
• The billing period is for a longer number of days than normal.
For alternative payment options during COVID-19, please see the attached, otherwise payments can be made at the new payment office on the 3rd level of the Municipal Building, 4 Doyle Drive.
