The Town of Oromocto Engineering and Public Works Department will conduct its annual water main flushing and hydrant inspections during the month of 29 July - 16 August 2024. This work is being done as part of an annual maintenance program designed to provide better water quality and fire protection. Please check your water before using as temporary loss of pressure and discolouration may occur. The discolouration should clear quickly by running a tap for a few minutes. Should conditions continue, or there are any questions or concerns, residents can connect with the Water and Sewer division of the Department of Engineering and Public Works at 506-447-8481 or emailing publicworks@oromocto.ca.
